JAFS is pleased to announce an exciting collaboration with Integral Supply Networks (ISN)

As we seek to continue to extend our value proposition to our existing and new clients, JAFS is pleased to announce an exciting collaboration with Integral Supply Networks (ISN) expanding and complementing our existing offerings.

ISN complement the JAFS capability with C Suite business, technology and human centric transformation expertise across multiple industry sectors including mining, manufacturing, retail, financial services, logistics and utilities.  The partners at ISN have more than 75 years of combined experience in business process and systems optimisation, program management, technology driven business transformation, digital and human centric transformation and change. ISNs’ human systems first approach combined with JAFS deep technical and functional expertise will deliver a new scope of services aimed at the end to end system to deliver improved customer experience and value.

JAFS and ISN bring together vertical expertise from production frontline with Industry 4.0 through to the ERP enterprise layer at both a technical and business level.   We have found increasingly our clients are looking at how the horizontal flow of supply chains and networks can activate intra and inter-organisation collaboration to deliver performance and supply chain sustainability and this collaboration will deliver on that requirement. This new collaboration builds on our strong foundations and offers an innovative and elegant solution to those clients who are interested in pursuing emerging opportunities to create more sustainable and resilient systems through intra and inter-organisational collaboration.

Indrasen Naidoo (Managing Partner: ISN)

Indrasen has background in finance and industrial engineering across a 30-year career in South Africa and Australia. He has held executive leadership roles in Finance and Supply Chain in organisations including De Beers, Mondi Group, FirstRand Bank and Roy Hill Holdings as well a non- executive founding director role with the South African Supplier Diversity Council. He is currently Chapter President of Australasian Supply Chain Institute.

Through building and optimising supply chains in sectors including transport, mining, manufacturing and finance, Indrasen has developed a deep understanding of and insight into complex system design, performance and adaptation for supply chain sustainability including the pivotal role of human systems both intra and inter organisational. Indrasen was a key thought leader and contributor to the SAP Intelligent Supply Chain for Assets during his role as Director Supply System Transformation at Roy Hill:

Satha Pillay (Partner ISN: Technology Practice)

Satha has extensive experience in technology driven transformation focusing on finance and supply chain systems. This is done through developing and leading high performing teams to improve performance, strengthening governance and deliver strategic capabilities.  Specialist areas include ERP systems, business and technology strategy alignment and digital innovation.

Satha has worked in senior and executive positions across a number of large multi-nationals with his last role as the ANZ regional CIO of the largest global environmental management company. Having worked across various industries including logistic, petroleum, manufacturing, retail, consulting, financial services and utilities, Satha has developed multi-disciplinary skills that have driven valuable strategic and operational alignment of information technology services and transformation programs.

Angela Williamson (Partner ISN: Transformation and Change Practice)

Angela’s favourite expression is that leadership is a verb – it is something that one exercises – not a title that one holds, and she is masterful at enabling leadership to be expressed at all levels of the human system. Angela is a self-confessed “geek” of all things leadership and transformation. She is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy Art and Practice of Leadership Development Program and the Global Being a Leader Program and is deeply grounded in the most contemporary thinking in leadership and transformation.  She is also one of Australia’s leading advocates and practitioners of vertical development and the Leadership Maturity Framework, a central pilar to our design architecture.

Her passion for leadership and transformation comes from a deep commitment to creating systems which nurture human thriving, and the combination of her technical “smarts” in human systems thinking, matched with her capacity to see navigate and leverage the capacity of an organisations human system offers significant value to our clients. Angela has played a key leadership role in shaping business transformations in industries as complex as health care, as agile as FMCG retail and as technically challenging as mining.  Angela is a master facilitator and blends her leading-edge thinking with a pragmatic hands-on approach and a style that’s warm and playful with a dash of radical candour.
