Innovation can set you apart - navigate the complexity and achieve manufacturing and supply chain resilience

Planning and decision-making are pivotal to business success in an increasingly volatile, complex, and ambiguous world.

With recent global challenges and the opportunities presented, manufacturers worldwide are streamlining operations and gaining better visibility. Likewise, supply chains have changed forever. That means having good visibility and the agility to shift sourcing, manufacturing and distribution activities rapidly is critical to ensure stability in an uncertain world.

Our panel of experts will discuss how they are improving planning and decision-making in their organisations to navigate the prevailing challenges.

Dave Booker
Dave BookerStrategy Program Manager and IBP Manager Ego Pharmaceuticals
Ego Pharmaceuticals is a rapidly growing family owned company with brands such as QV, Moov, SunSense and the original Pinetarsol. To cope with the growth, they invested in SAP IBP to capture forecasts, create visibility in their outlook and to get rid of lots and lots of spreadsheets. After going live with a minimal viable product due to key stakeholder changes, they are now continually creating visibility and looking to increase collaboration internally. The implementation was a key plank in starting the IBP business process and was also a finalist in the 2022 SAP Best Run awards in Digital Supply Chain. Dave Booker is the Strategy Program and IBP Manager for Ego Pharmaceuticals and was the Project manager for this project.
